Illegal Motion was developed out of pure frustration. That’s the truth. The overwhelming majority of flag football related websites are out of date, have bad information, or both. Most of them are also incredibly boring.

Illegal Motion was created and is maintained by one person. My goal is to provide a stream of useful content to flag football players, and give them a go-to source for flag football related material.

Our sport is growing. More and more people are getting involved in local leagues, college intramurals, and regional tournaments. These people deserve quality information about the sport.
